The Background
This was one was a building clean job that Denma have really risen to.
The client was made aware of the problematic process that our operations team and area supervisor faced and have been very understanding, cooperative and supportive during the beginning of the contract continuing to work with us, forming good working relationships.
The Work
Throughout the process we ensured we maintained the standards that are both required and expected. We have built a strong cohesive team of cleaners who endeavour to deliver a high quality, reliable service which is supported by our operations team, area supervisor and administration staff.
The process has enabled us to review, update and instigate procedures proving beneficial to all parties ie client, staff and Denma.
