Our contract cleaning teams are prompt, reliable and professional and supervised by our dedicated Contract Managers to ensure that the services provided meet our clients requirements, to the cleaning standards as specified by The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc).
All Denma staff are vetted and undergo virtual training on Manual Handling, COSHH, Health and Safety Awareness, Fire Safety Awareness and now Coronavirus COVID-19 as standard before they are able to work on our clients premises. Enabling us to provide the most professional, reliable and and cost-effective office cleaning service for you.
Communication and management
Keeping in regular contact with all of our clients and our staff is our key for success. Should your requirements change, we can make the necessary changes right away.
Your cleaning contract will be assigned to a local, experienced Contracts Manager who will oversee the cleaning work conducted and provide 1 to 1 management of the contract.
Your contract manager will be responsible for reporting any issues that arise as well as implementing and executing resolutions and work plans. This is further supported by our Customer Service Desk based in our Head Office, providing urgent response via phone or email if required.
